Example
These rules pull leads and contacts who opened any email they received from you in the last
90 days.
Primary object: Email Engagement
Operator: AND
Engagement Channel Action: Is Equal To Open
Engagement Date Time: Last Number Of Days is 90
Engagement with a Specific Campaign’s Email
Example
These rules pull leads and contacts who interacted with a certain campaign’s email.
Engagement channel action values include Send, Open, Click, Bounce, Complaint, and Opt Out.
To filter positive or negative actions, use one or more of these values.
Primary Object: Bulk Email Message
Operator: AND
Campaign: Is Equal To Fall Service Reminders
Engagement Channel Action: Has value
Open Opportunities with Specific Lead Sources
Example
These rules pull leads and contacts who were sourced from a trade show or webinar and now
related to an open opportunity. Verify available Lead Source field values before entering
values on the segment canvas.
Primary Object: Opportunity
Operator: OR
Lead Source: Contains tradeshow
Lead Source: Contains webinar
Open Opportunities Worth a Certain Amount
Example
These rules pull leads and contacts with an open opportunity that’s valued at more than
$10,000.
