Manage Your Store Quickly and Easily from the Store Home Page
Quickly access your D2C store home with the store switcher dropdown. The store home view enables you to access the tasks necessary to set up and configure your online store.
View your store as it appears to customers (1). Access store setup assistant and recommended actions to build and configure your store (2). View reports and dashboards for your store (3). Access the features and settings to configure and manage your store (4).

Keep an eye on customer engagement and the performance of your D2C and Pay Now stores with comprehensive analytic dashboards and reports. Track key metrics such as order trends, customer growth, and the impact of promotions on order volume.
Dashboards offer a powerful display of your data around a common theme. Salesforce Starter and Pro Suite provide a number of commerce-related dashboards to get you started. You can find all available dashboards from the Store tab.
The data behind the visuals in the dashboards is driven by reports. To see the detailed data driving each chart in the dashboard, drill into those reports by using the links in each dashboard component.
