            Troubleshoot Delegated Authentication Login Errors

            Troubleshoot login errors by viewing the delegated authentication error history.

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed
            To view Single Sign-On login errors: Modify All Data
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Delegated Authentication Error History, then select Delegated Authentication Error History.
            2. For the 21 most recent login errors, you can view the user's username and login time, and the reason for the error.
