Unable to Submit for Approval

When a user submits a record for approval, the record in question must meet the Entry Criteria defined in the related Approval Process. Additionally, the user submitting the record for approval must be specified in the Initial Submitters section and must be Active in the system.

|Resolution||If Entry Criteria are met and the record Owner is specified as an Initial Submitter, view the owner of the record to ensure they are still Active in the system. In some cases, users may be duplicated and deactivated, leaving an Inactive record owner, which results in this error.
To resolve this issue, transfer ownership to an Active version of the user.
