Once the extraction is complete ensure you have not received any errors. If you receive any errors, correct any errors you receive and attempt to run the export again.

If you do not receive any errors simply open the extracted .CSV file using Microsoft Office or any other spreadsheet program that supports .CSV files.

Once the file is open, you will see something similar to the below image.

For Mass Removal: Change the top row's value for the UserPreferencesHideS1BrowserUI from FALSE to TRUE. With the cell still selected, click and drag from the bottom right corner of the cell straight down to make the change to TRUE for the entire column, stopping once you have reached the bottom row.
For Mass Addition
Change the top row's value for the UserPreferencesHideS1BrowserUI from TRUE to FALSE. With the cell still selected, click and drag from the bottom right corner of the cell straight down to make the change to FALSE for the entire column, stopping once you have reached the bottom row.

Now select File > Save As and rename the file to something like UserNew.

This will ensure that there is a backup of the data we're going to change in case something goes wrong.
