How to resolve "Aura Integration Service Error[{"message":"An internal server error has occurred"}]" while installing a package from appexchange

Description While installing a package from AppExchange it gives an error  "Aura Integration Service Error[{"message":"An internal server error has occurred"}]"  Error ID: 2099744422-14462 (-1191634670)"}] or "An internal server error has occurred".

In general this error comes while installing a private listed App and app installation link will be provided by the publisher.

This error can be solved by making changes in URL of Package link.
Resolution The issue is with the installation link not directing to package installation page/publisher page.

To resolve this issue we need to check the package ID and add in the installation link along with instance ID, as shown below:

Syntax: https://(Instance) + salesforce.com + /packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0= + Package ID


Ex: https://na7.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t50000000EbsfAAC

OR

Syntax: https:// + (MyDomainPrefix) + my.salesforce.com + /packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0= + Package ID

Ex:https://domain.my.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t50000000EbsfAAC

You can copy the Package ID from the package install URL when prompted to enter your login credentials as shown in the below image:
It is an 18 digit unique ID and starts with 04t

If error continues with direct URL, please try the following with &newUI=0.

Syntax: https://(Instance) + salesforce.com + /packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0= + Package ID + &newUI=0

Ex: https://na7.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t50000000EbsfAAC&newUI=0

OR 

Syntax: https:// + (MyDomainPrefix) + my.salesforce.com + /packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0= + Package ID + &newUI=0

Ex:https://domain.my.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t50000000EbsfAAC + &&newUI=0

If you see "An internal server error has occurred", please log a support case and provide exact Error ID [For example: Error ID: 1139784717-32655 (1305170379)]

If you continue to encounter an error after using the direct install url for your instance's dedicated server please retry after 24 - 48 hours.
