Files Connect Issue: Unable to create an external data source

|Description||As an administrator, I try to set up a Files Connect external data source for cloud systems, but I'm unable to see the Files Connect related entries (e.g: Files Connect: SharePoint Online, Files Connect: OneDrive for Business, Files Connect: Google Drive) in the "Type" dropdown list.
The reason is that the permission set created for letting users access Files Connect data sources is not assigned to your current user.
