Why Are Users Missing from the Forecast Hierarchy?

|Description||When setting up the forecast hierarchy in Collaborative Forecasting, certain Users in a given role may not appear as available when "Enable Users" is clicked.|
|Resolution||There are a couple of common resolutions to this issue:
1. Make sure the User is setup for "Allow Forecasting"
Enabling Users for Forecasts
2. If the affected Users are setup with "Allow Forecasting" but still cannot be added to the Forecast Hierarchy, try removing the affected User(s) from their assigned Role, Save, and then put them back in that Role.
