What’s New in the Help Experience

 

New Trailblazer Login

 
A Trailblazer account brings together Trailhead, Salesforce Help, Partner Community, AppExchange, Trailblazer Community, IdeaExchange, Salesforce Events and more, for one unified identity and login/sign up experience across your Salesforce Sites and Communities.

When you access Salesforce Help for your Salesforce organizations, you will be directed to log in with Trailblazer where you can access Customer Support and review your cases.  

NOTE: For Marketing Cloud customers, the login process will remain the same; log in with your Marketing Cloud credentials.

Tip! Log in with your Salesforce credentials for the Salesforce organization you need assistance with. If you log in with your social credentials, or non-Salesforce email account, you will need to log in again with the Salesforce organization credentials to access Support & Services. For accessing Partner Community, use the Trailblazer account associated with your company that is a Salesforce partner.

Salesforce Organization Picker


The Salesforce Organization Picker will display a Salesforce Organization list for all Salesforce organizations you have access to with the provided credentials. This is based on the Salesforce accounts you have connected to your Trailblazer profile. Whenever you switch to a new Salesforce organization, the screen and displayed content will update to reflect the selected Salesforce organization. 

The ability to see and change the list of Salesforce Organizations is under My Cases or by selecting the Contact Support button.  For additional details on the Org picker, please review the Salesforce Org Selection article.  The page will also display any additional Salesforce organizations you have associated with email addresses linked to your Trailblazer profile, even if you have not explicitly linked those credentials. 

Each Salesforce organization will showcase your role within the Salesforce organization, how many open cases you have and some key details about the Salesforce organization. Each tile will have a button to Log In or Get Support:
 
  • Get Support: You will be able to access support for all Salesforce organizations that have the same email associated to them as the Salesforce organization you logged in with with no additional login required.
  • Log In: For Salesforce organizations associated to a different email than the one you logged in with, you will need to Log In to that Salesforce organization after clicking the Log In button.



Connect or Disconnect Orgs

Manage orgs and emails associated with your Trailblazer account by navigating to the Settings page after login. See Get Started with Trailblazer for more details.
 

Problems logging in

For any issues logging in to Trailblazer, including being locked out, please review the information in Getting Help with Trailblazer or contact Salesforce Customer Support via phone since it is not possible to log in to your Trailblazer account.
