Welcome to the Essentials Team!

Innovation is at the heart of Salesforce. In order to better meet our customers’ needs, we created a new team of Account Specialists called “.Org Essentials” dedicated to supporting customers like you! Rather than one Account Executive, you now have a whole team available to support your organization’s account needs so you can focus more on your mission.

Below you’ll find a curated list of resources that are top of mind for our Essentials customers.


Power of Us Grant

We understand the importance of accessibility. That's why we offer discounts and donated CRM licenses to qualifying 501(c)3 and 501(c)4 organizations through the Power of Us program.

Applying for Power of Us is simple. Head over to the Power of Us Portal, set up your Trailblazer ID, and submit your application. Make sure to have your IRS Letter of Determination and (if applicable) your State Tax Exemption paperwork ready for verification. Once you are approved, you’ll log back into the Portal and request which product you want. Click here for answers to frequently asked questions about the application process.


Training and Support

Implementing Salesforce effectively is crucial to your organization's success. We strongly recommend that you work with a certified Salesforce partner who specializes in nonprofit implementation, customization, training, and ongoing support. Premier Success offers comprehensive support plans designed specifically for nonprofits. Gain access to features like Service Level Agreements (agreements on how quickly we will get back to you), direct phone/email access, exclusive webinars, personalized success paths, and more.
