In Salesforce Lightning Experience, when a record has multiple feed-tracked (system-generated) updates, Salesforce automatically groups them into a single bundled 'system' post. This behavior is distinct from Salesforce Classic, where each feed-tracked update is displayed individually. Feed Tracked changes and record updates appear grouped under a 'system' post when viewing records in Lightning Experience.
Record updates are also called system-generated posts. Salesforce automatically generates these posts when someone creates a record or changes a tracked field on a record.
