Pages in Salesforce may appear blank in some sections or show the error 'This Page Isn't Working' or 'Too Many Redirects'. This is often due to the 3rd Party Cookies settings for the browser in use. For the best performance you need to allow all 3rd party cookies in the browser security settings.


 
Resolution

The steps below will guide you through the process to Allow All Cookies in Google Chrome. 

1. Click the Chrome browser settings icon at the top right
2. Click 'Settings'
3. Click 'Advanced' 
4. Click 'Privacy and Security'
5. Click 'Site Settings'
6. Click 'Cookies and  other Site Data'
7. Click the checkbox for ‘Allow all cookies’
