Salesforce ceased participation in the Google Analytics 360 (GA360) reseller program on March 31, 2022. Google recently announced that the current version of GA360 sunsets effective July 1, 2024.
What does this change mean for me?
You can no longer purchase GA360 through Salesforce after March 31, 2022. To maintain access to GA360 or upgrade to GA4 when your Salesforce GA360 contract ends, you can obtain a license through a Google sales partner. You can no longer access GA360 if you don’t get a license from another sales partner when your contract ends.
The new version of GA360, GA4, is available for purchase from Google sales partners.
What action can I take?
Salesforce recommends that you work with your reseller partner at least 90 days before the earlier of your contract end date or July 1, 2024 to ensure a smooth transition from GA360.
To maintain access when your contract ends, contact the partner you work with for GA360 support to discuss options. Or visit Google’s Partner Gallery to select a partner that best fits your needs. If you’re migrating to GA4, work with your partner to plan for migration before your Salesforce GA360 contract ends.
What happens if I don’t take action?
You lose access to GA360 when your Salesforce contract ends or on July 1, 2024, whichever is earlier.
