Salesforce is retiring the Work.com Workplace Command Center product family. Existing subscriptions are honored until each customer's Order End Date. After that date, access to Work.com Workplace Command Center is removed and all associated customer data is deleted in accordance with Salesforce Trust and Compliance Documentation.

What does this change mean for me?
After your subscription expires, you can no longer access Work.com Workplace Command Center. All associated customer data is deleted after your contract ends in accordance with Salesforce Trust and Compliance Documentation.
What action should I take?
Salesforce recommends retrieving your Work.com Workplace Command Center data at least 90 days before the Order End Date of your Work.com Workplace Command Center.

Locate the Order End Date for your Work.com Workplace Command Center subscription in your Salesforce contract or by contacting your Account Executive.
Export all Work.com Workplace Command Center data at least 90 days before your Order End Date. Data is permanently deleted after the contract ends.
