Salesforce retired The My Data feature with the Summer ’22 release. My Data is a Marketing Cloud Email Studio feature that uses data extracts to export subscriber-level data for offline analysis. We recommended that you use Automation Studio for data extracts.
What did this change mean for me?
My Data was accessible within the Email Studio - Tracking Page and was retired with the Summer ’22 release. To extract subscriber-level data, we recommended that you use Automation Studio.
What action can I take?
My Data includes two data extracts–one that accesses subscriber-level data and the other that accesses aggregated campaign performance data.
For the subscriber-level data extract, the customer should leverage Automation Studio’s Data Extract Activity and select the Standard Tracking Extract. Review these steps to transition from using My Data to the Standard Tracking Extract within Automation Studio.
For the aggregated campaign performance data, the customer should leverage Analytics Builder’s Account Sending Summary or Recent Email Sending Summary Reports by following these steps:
For more information about Standard Tracking Extract configuration, refer to Salesforce Help Page.
What happens if I didn’t take action?
The My Data feature was no longer available starting in Summer ’22, and you needed to use the Automation Studio and Analytics Builder features for data extracts.
How do I identify affected users?
All Marketing Cloud administrators associated with the Marketing Cloud account had access to the My Data feature.
