Cancel Sandbox Refresh

Description
A user may encounter the need to cancel the sandbox refresh that is in the status of 'Processing' or 'Pending'.
Resolution


There are no standard functionalities to cancel the refresh.
 

If you didn’t select the Auto Activate checkbox when you refresh your sandbox, then the 'Discard' option becomes available after the refresh is complete. Discard the sandbox if you don’t want to use the new copy and retain access to the previous copy.

 
Note: Discarding the new sandbox before activation doesn’t reset the 'Next Refresh Available' date. To refresh the sandbox again, please wait until the refresh interval has passed. Entirely new sandboxes do not offer the option to Activate Your Refreshed Sandbox and are activated automatically.
