The Advisor Analytics App has been retired since the June ’19 release, and it was recommended to migrate to the Client Segmentation App. Support for Advisor Analytics App ended on September 1, 2022.
What does this change mean for me?
The Analytics Embedded App permission set license associated with the Advisor Analytics App continued to be visible after the Summer ’22 release.
But the permission set license is disabled and can’t be assigned to new users. Unexpected behavior when accessing Tableau CRM can occur if existing users are assigned the permission set license before Summer ’22.
What happens if I didn’t take action?
You lost access to the Advisor Analytics App dashboards and any customizations. The five Advisor Analytics dashboards also are available in the Client Segmentation App.
To access other custom applications and dashboards, upgrade to Tableau CRM for Financial Services. Contact your account executive for more information on upgrading.
How do I identify affected users?
From the Analytics Embedded App permission set license page, click Manage Assignments. Review the assigned users and then assign them the new client segmentation permission set license.
