Description

Audience: ISV Partners, Consulting Partners, Cloud Resellers, Fulfillment Resellers.

 

Consulting, Cloud Resellers and Fulfillment Resellers are required to complete a Due Diligence refresh every 3 years to maintain compliance with the Salesforce Partner Program. Salesforce will contact you when your company is due for a refresh. 

Additionally, Partners are responsible for notifying Salesforce of any material changes.

Q: What are material changes that Partners are required to notify Salesforce?
A: Material changes include, but are not limited to:

  • Salesforce-related work in countries not previously disclosed to SFDC’s Office of Global Ethics & Integrity via a Salesforce due diligence questionnaire or written communication to partnercompliance@salesforce.com.

  • New government-related activity or affiliations:

    • Previously-undisclosed selling to or interacting with Government Officials or Government-Owned or Government-Controlled entities as part of Salesforce business; and

    • Affiliations with Government Officials: any director, employee, direct or indirect owner, representative, consultant, or agent who is or will be involved in Partner’s sales or referral activities for or on behalf of SFDC, is a Government Official or a Close Family Member of a Government Official.

  • Use of any third party to assist in sales, business development, referrals, marketing, or public tender business for SFDC, or who interacts with Government Officials for or on behalf of SFDC, which has not already been disclosed via a Salesforce due diligence questionnaire or in writing to partnercompliance@salesforce.com.

  • Previously-undisclosed suspensions, debarments, or government investigations into improper activities (e.g. bribery, corruption, fraud, misrepresentation, tax evasion, etc.) relating to the Partner, third parties, or individuals working on Salesforce-related business.

  • New conditions that could create a perceived or actual conflict of interest with the Partner’s relationship with SFDC, including new board members, owners, or executives.

Q: How can I submit a material change?
A: Please submit a case via the Salesforce Help to submit a material change request and a support agent will assist you.

Q: I received an email stating my company was due for a refresh, but I don't see anything in the Manage Partnership tab. What should I do?
A: If you are an Admin and accessing the Manage Partnership view for the first time, you need to add yourself as a collaborator. Check out the Manage Partnership FAQ for more information about how to add Collaborators.
