The Support team can assist in getting a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) removed from within Marketing Cloud.
But before reaching out to Support, please know that we cannot delete pending WABA from Marketing Cloud if it is not removed from Meta end.
You would need to manually remove the WABA on Meta (Steps mentioned below) to have it automatically deleted from Marketing Cloud account.

In case you have tried the above and after having removed WABA from Meta, the account is still visible and active in Marketing Cloud, please create a case and include which account (the name) needs to be removed and reason for needing it removed.
