How to Access Premier Resources

Before you can access Premier resources, you must set up your Trailblazer Account.

Your Trailblazer Account allows you to easily log in to all of Salesforce’s digital experiences (Trailhead, Salesforce Events, Salesforce Help, Trailblazer Community, Salesforce+, etc.) using one authenticated username.

Get Expert Guidance

Premier Success Plan customers have exclusive access toExpert Coaching, workshops, discounted instructor-led courses and bulk certification exams, personalized Onboarding, and Success Reviews.


These programs provide best practices and use case guidance to help you implement Salesforce right the first time and get the most from your Salesforce investment.



Sign Up for Expert Coaching Sessions

Expert Coaching are specialized individual engagements where you can connect directly with a Salesforce expert on any topic or Cloud. They're designed to help you get more value from Salesforce, faster, with personalized guidance that are specific to your business use cases, challenges, and objectives. 

Customers with either a Premier Success Plan or Signature Success Plan can request   an individual Expert Coaching. 
Expert Coaching can be accessed on the My Success Plans page on Salesforce Help  through the Expert Coaching Catalog. The list of topics is always expanding to address your needs.

Onboarding

As you start your Premier journey, an Onboarding Specialist will directly work with you to align your goals and objectives with Salesforce product capabilities so you can craft your strategy to drive tangible business results.
Get Personalized Guidance with Success Reviews

A Success Review is a personalized individual engagement with a Salesforce expert to help you stay on track with your business goals. Each Premier customer will have access to two (2) Success Reviews per year. During each Success Review, you and a Salesforce expert will review your Success Path, evaluate objectives, provide updated recommendations, address challenges, and ensure you're maximizing value with Salesforce. Premier customers can request a Success Review via the Salesforce My Success Plan on Salesforce Help 
Start Strong with Instructor-led Training and Certifications 

As a part of Premier, customers can learn directly from Salesforce instructors through workshops, and receive discounts on Trailhead Academy courses and bulk certification exams. To learn more, contact your Salesforce account team. . 

Benefits do not apply to custom private workshops and in-person boot-camps.
