Salesforce retired the Salesforce Inbox mobile application on February 1, 2024. Following the retirement, users can leverage Outlook and Gmail integration with Inbox on their desktop to access most of the Salesforce Inbox features. Customers can use the Salesforce Mobile App to access Salesforce records. For automatic email tracking, customers can also enable Einstein Activity Capture (EAC).
What does this change mean for me?
The Salesforce Inbox mobile application no longer works after the Spring '24 release. Users should leverage the functionality in the desktop application or the Salesforce Mobile App.
What action can I take?
Ensure the Salesforce mobile application is installed to access Salesforce records.
What happens if I don’t take action?
You will lose access to Salesforce records on your mobile device using Salesforce Inbox mobile application.
