Sustainability Cloud Retirement

Salesforce is retiring Sustainability Cloud and will continue to honor your existing subscription until your order end date. 

We’re moving the Sustainability Cloud app from the managed package to Net Zero Cloud, built natively on Salesforce. All new customers will use the native app in their Salesforce org, and existing customers will be migrated to Net Zero Cloud.

Why is Salesforce retiring Sustainability Cloud?

Net Zero Cloud is replacing Sustainability Cloud.

What does this change mean for me? 

Existing Sustainability Cloud customers will be migrated to Net Zero Cloud.

What action can I take? 

Customers will be contacted through their Account Executive to initiate a conversation regarding a migration to Net Zero Cloud.

How do I identify affected users?

Users who have the assigned Sustainability Cloud app permission set.
