What does this change mean for me?
Starting November 18, 2024, or at the end of your current subscription, whichever comes sooner, you will no longer be able to access the Social Customer Service or the Social Customer Service Starter Pack application and features.
Salesforce will contact you directly to discuss your options if the subscription term for your Social Customer Service Pro product(s) extends beyond November 18, 2024.
What action can I take?
Salesforce recommends retrieving your Social Studio data at least 90 days before the Order End Date of your Marketing Cloud Social Studio product(s) or November 18, 2024, whichever is sooner only if you are using Social Studio as part of your usage of Social Customer Service or the Social Customer Service Starter Pack. For more information, refer to Social Studio Data Extracts.
Are there products similar to Social Studio you can recommend?
Contact your Account Executive to discuss potential third-party alternative products that provide similar functionality as Social Customer Service or Social Customer Service Studio (Marketing Cloud Social Studio Products).
