The enhanced and unified support experience is now live for all Spiff customers and can be accessed at help.salesforce.com.
Spiff and Salesforce just launched an enhanced support experience for Spiff customers, including a migration to the Salesforce Help Portal for a more unified support experience. As part of this change, you have gained access to Agentforce on Salesforce Help, enabling easier self-service grounded in trusted data. Additionally, you will be able to interact with the Support Team via chat. None of your product features or product entitlements will change.
Helpful Reminders:
Users need a Trailblazer Account using your Spiff Login email to Login to Salesforce Help
Spiff support users will need a Trailblazer account to access Salesforce Help. If you don’t have a TBID yet, please create one soon to be able to access Support. For further information, read the Get Started with Trailblazer article.
Designated Contacts
If you have an existing Salesforce org in Salesforce Help that uses Designated Contacts please reach out to your Salesforce Administrator to discuss.
IMPORTANT NOTE! Once you have created your Trailblazer ID, you may need to take these additional steps in order to most efficiently use the portal.
