描述

從 Tableau Desktop 連線至 Tableau Server 時，出現以下錯誤訊息：

Cannot connect to Tableau Server.（無法連線至 Tableau Server。）Please check the server name and port and try again.（請檢查伺服器名稱和連接埠，然後再試一次。）
The host name did not match any of the valid hosts for this certificate（主機名稱與此憑證的任何有效主機都不匹配）
The certificate is self-signed, and untrusted（憑證為自我簽署憑證，不受信任）


雖然未在 Tableau Server 上設定 SSL（並且沒有 Proxy 或載入平衡器），但在連線至 Tableau Server 時仍會發生 SSL 憑證驗證錯誤。使用者將能夠在網頁瀏覽器中正常連線至 Tableau Server。

但是，使用 Tableau Desktop 時，當嘗試載入 SAML 驗證視窗時將出現錯誤訊息，並且不允許使用者繼續。

Cause

當開啟 SAML IdP 入口網站時，Tableau Desktop 將評估 SSL 憑證，並報告該憑證驗證失敗，而不是繼續顯示該頁面。若內部託管的 IdP 具有由客戶的 IT 團隊透過群組原則管理的自簽名憑證，就會發生這種情況。
解決方案
在 SAML IdP Web 入口網站中更正或取代無效的 SSL 憑證。
其他資源
有時，您可能希望 Tableau Desktop 在不透過 SAML 進行驗證的情況下連線至 Tableau Server。如果是這樣，請檢查「wgserver.authentication.desktop_nosaml」。
如果此項的值為「false」，則將其設定為「true」。

在 2018.2 之前的版本中，Windows 使用以下命令：
  • tabadmin set wgserver.authentication.desktop_nosaml true
  • tabadmin config
  • tabadmin restart
