In an Agentforce Education (formerly known as Education Cloud) org, you may run into an issue when using the Action Plan FlexCard 'EDUStuSuccessActionPlanListContainer' in a FlexCard component on a record page where the 'Cancel' button is non-responsive. When you click the button the component does not close.
This issue is caused by the Release Update, 'Keep Working with Tab-Focused Dialogs' (please right-click the link and open in a new tab to see the release notes) being enabled in your org.
The 'Keep Working with Tab-Focused Dialogs' Release Update has been postponed indefinitely and there are no plans to reinstate the Release Update or redesign this feature at the present time.
If an Org has this Release Update enabled it is recommended that it be deactivated to provide a more stable experience within your Org.
The reasoning for this indefinite postponement is that this feature has been known to cause a number of stability issues when the feature is in use. Unfortunately due to the number of destabilizing issues that have been found, a decision was made to push for the deactivation and removal of the feature.
Deactivating this Release Update will allow the 'Cancel' button in the Action Plan FlexCard 'EDUStuSuccessActionPlanListContainer' to work correctly.
You can deactivate this Release Update by following these steps:
