You might have received this error in the Model Management Page, after the model built is completed.
Following might be the possible reasons behind :
Duplicate Utterances :
The issue can occur due to duplicate utterances.
To remove the duplicate utterances, you can query all utterances using
SELECT id, Utterance FROM MlIntentUtterance
and you can download them through Dataloader or Workbench.
Then do de-dupe through excel.
If you find any, please remove all the duplicates and make sure that the total utterances on a given intent are more than 20 after removing the duplicates. A minimum of 20 utterances is required to build the model, but more utterances make the model more accurate.
Failed to meet the minimum requirement :
Create intents for at least 2 dialogs. Add a minimum of 20 utterances to each intent. 50 or more is ideal. Lack of sufficient utterances will cause the model build to fail.
Workaround :
Clone the bot to a new version, and re-build the model to check if the issue is resolved.
