You might have received this error "Couldn't build model. For details, see the Model Management page" in the Model Management Page, after the model built is completed.

"To resolve the 'Couldn't build model' error, check for the following causes and apply the appropriate fix:

  1. Duplicate Utterances: Query all utterances using: SELECT Id, Utterance FROM MlIntentUtterance — then download via Dataloader or Workbench and de-duplicate in Excel. After removing duplicates, confirm each intent still has at least 20 utterances (50+ is ideal). Fewer than 20 utterances per intent will cause the model build to fail.
  2. Minimum Utterance Requirement Not Met: Each intent must have at least 2 intents configured, each with a minimum of 20 utterances. If this threshold is not met, add more utterances before attempting to rebuild.
  3. Workaround: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, clone the bot to a new version and rebuild the model."
