Create Data Streams for Conversation Transcripts outlines the steps to deploy the Digital Engagement bundle in Data Cloud, which creates data streams to ingest objects from Service. A prerequisite for this is the installation of the Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud) bundle in Data Cloud Setup. Install Standard Data Bundles Powered by Data Kits lists the steps to install a standard data bundle. The Service bundle is required for Digital Engagement. Version 5.0 of the Service bundle introduced support for the Messaging Sessions and Voice Calls objects.
When you install version 5.0 of the Service bundle and then follow the steps to deploy the Digital Engagement data streams, you may notice an error highlighting that some objects are unavailable. Follow the steps in Object and Field Permissions for Salesforce CRM in Data Cloud to assign the required object permissions to the Data Cloud Salesforce Connector permission set for any objects mentioned in the error. However, customers who do not have the Salesforce Voice license in their org will not see the Voice Calls object listed when editing the permission set access and therefore the error "Insufficient Privileges VoiceCall Object unavailable" cannot be resolved.
Due to this Data Cloud Known Issue, it is not currently possible to only deploy a subset of the object data streams. As a result, if you do not have the Voice Calls object and cannot purchase the Salesforce Voice (formerly Service Cloud Voice) license, you will not be able to deploy the Digital Engagement bundle with version 5.0 of the Service bundle installed in Data Cloud Setup.
As a workaround, you can instead install version 4.0 of the Service bundle and then deploy the Digital Engagement data streams.
Note: This will only create a data stream for the Conversation, Conversation Participant and Participant objects.
To install version 4.0 of the Service data bundle you can use the following installation link:

Note: If you have already installed version 5.0 of the Service bundle, you will first need to uninstall this by going to Data Cloud Setup > Salesforce CRM and clicking Uninstall for Service Cloud.
After installing version 4.0 via the installation link, complete the steps in Create Data Streams for Conversation Transcripts.
As mentioned above, version 5.0 of the Digital Engagement Bundle includes the Messaging Session object. This object is available in orgs where the Voice Calls object is not present. If you want to ingest the Messaging Session object into Data Cloud to use in Reporting, you can follow the steps below to manually create the Messaging Session data stream and map the data stream to the Messaging Session object in the Data Cloud Data Model:
Manually create a CRM data stream for the Messaging Session object.
After the Data Stream is created manually, map its Data Lake Object to the Messaging Session Data Model Object.
Note: the Help documentation Sales and Service Bundle Data Mappings references the mappings that are created by Salesforce CRM data bundles. A documentation update is in progress to include the default mappings for Messaging Session and Voice Calls. Until the documentation is updated refer to the default mappings listed below.
