Q: What happened to the Success Events platform?
A: As of September 29, 2025, the Success Events platform — which hosted features such as Expert Coaching, virtual interactive workshops, and other Success events — was retired. It's been replaced by the My Success Plan page on Salesforce Help. You now have a single, simplified page for all event-related information and activities.
Q: Why did Salesforce make this change?
A: We're always working to improve your experience. The My Success Plan page brings all your Success Plan features into one place, making it simpler and faster to find what you need - all with a more streamlined and consistent look and feel. You'll spend less time searching and more time using your Success Plan features to achieve your goals.
Q: What does this mean for me?
A: The My Success Plan page is your centralized hub for all Success Plan features, tailored to your needs. You'll enjoy a seamless experience across Salesforce sites and can quickly discover and sign up for the latest offerings.
Q: What do I need to do?
A: You don’t need to take any action. The My Success Plan page is live and ready to use. Visit the page, explore the new layout, and bookmark it for quick access during future visits.
Q: Are there any changes to My Success Plan?
A: Your existing Success Plan remains the same. The new My Success Plan page simply provides an improved interface for accessing and managing your plan and all related resources. You get a more streamlined and user-friendly way to work with the same trusted Success Plan benefits you already know.
Q: I’m not a Designated Contact — can I still access the My Success Plan page?
A: Yes. The My Success Plan page is accessible to all customers, whether or not you are a Designated Contact. Certain features or content may be tailored to your user role and permissions. Everyone can take advantage of the new centralized experience, with content personalized to your access level.
Q: I have different Success Plans for different Clouds. Do I need to do anything to access them?
A: No action is needed. The My Success Plan page consolidates access to all your Success Plans, even if they’re tied to different Clouds. You can easily switch between your different Cloud and the associated Success Plan by navigating to the top right corner of the My Success Plan page to the org picker feature. You save time and effort by managing all your plans in a single place instead of navigating multiple pages.
Q: I’m a Signature customer – where do I access the Customer Success Score or Proactive Monitoring?
A: As a Signature customer, you can now find all Signature Success Plan features – including Customer Success Score and Proactive Monitoring, under the My Success Plan page tab in the navigation bar. You have a single, convenient location to access all your Signature benefits without navigating multiple pages.
Q: How do I register for workshops now that the Success Events platform has retired?
A: Workshops are delivered by our instructors and now officially belong under instructor-led training. You can access all workshops and courses directly through the Trailhead Academy catalog.
Q: Will I need a new login to access the Trailhead Academy page?
A: No. You’ll log in using your existing Trailblazer ID (TBID). If you don’t already have one, you’ll be prompted to create it during your first visit. Learn more about TBID logins and more here.
Q: How do I register for Success Reviews now that the Success Events has retired?
A: Success Reviews have moved to Salesforce Help. Premier customers can easily request a Success Review on the My Success Plan page, while Signature customers are encouraged to connect with their Customer Success Manager to sign up for a Success Review.
Q: Why are Expert Coaching videos going away?
A: They are not going away! We’ve updated our video experience to make it easier for all Salesforce customers to find and use content at their own pace. The videos, previously branded as Expert Coaching are now available as an on-demand, topic based library in Salesforce Help. This change makes the content easier to navigate and aligns it with common use cases. Check out this article for more information about the video library.
Q: What can I do if I need help after watching a video?
A: If you’re a Premier or Signature customer and need more personalized guidance after watching a video, you can still request one-to-one Expert Coaching via the Expert Coaching catalog on Salesforce Help.
Q: Who can I contact if I have questions or encounter issues?
A: If you have questions or run into issues, visit Salesforce Help to contact our support team. You can also review our comprehensive support guide for step-by-step assistance.
Q: What should I do now that the My Success Plan page is live?
A: Now that My Success Plan is live, log in to your account to explore the new interface. Familiarize yourself with the layout, bookmark the page for quick access, and start using the centralized hub for all your Success Plan features. By getting comfortable with the new layout now, you’ll save time and easily find the resources you need in the future.
