This exam is for individuals who want to demonstrate their skills and knowledge in configuring and using B2B Commerce in the context of sample apps and real-world implementations.



Audience Description: B2B Commerce for Administrators Accredited Professional

Accredited Professional exams are intended for Salesforce Partners with access to the Partner Learning Camp training and Partner Community.  

The B2B Commerce for Administrators Accredited Professional exam is intended for an individual who has broad knowledge of the B2B Commerce discipline and knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities along with the ability to troubleshoot and solve basic platform issues.

The B2B Commerce Consultant generally has a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with skills that span the Salesforce platform. Specifically, they understand:

  • Salesforce Administration in Lightning Experience (Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification encouraged but not required)
  • Extending platform capabilities with clicks not code (Platform App Builder Certification encouraged but not required)
  • Experience Cloud (formerly known as Communities) basic administration experience
  • Data Management: Create and access objects, set organization-wide defaults, use sharing for communities and external users, control access to objects and fields
  • Process Automation with Flow Builder
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce CMS (Content Management System)

Product Organization and Administration: 15%

  • Demonstrate knowledge of Product organization including Categories, Product Variations, imports and translations.

Content Integration: 7%

  • Leverage Salesforce CMS features that power product-based use cases to deliver business value

Storefront Management: 17%

  • Leverage platform features such as Experience Cloud to enhance the Buyer and Buyer Manager experiences.

Advanced Topics: 6%

  • Diagnose and address issues with Storefront configuration which are hindering launch.
