The Health Cloud Accredited Professional is designed for those who discover, design, plan, and deliver business value to customers with Health Cloud solutions using industry-specific data models. This exam is for individuals who want to demonstrate their skills and knowledge to design and implement Health Cloud solutions that meet customer business requirements, are based on best practices, and contribute to long-term customer success, taking full advantage of the added value Health Cloud delivers on top of core.

Audience Description: Health Cloud Accredited Professional

Accredited Professional exams are intended for Salesforce Partners with access to the Partner Learning Camp training and Partner Community.

The intended audience generally has 2-3 years of Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) consulting experience as well as experience designing and deploying solutions that support customer business processes and requirements using Salesforce applications. The Health Cloud professional has experience designing solutions using Health Cloud functionality, including the knowledge needed to implement appropriate solutions for customer scenarios, and can lead the implementation of these solutions within a customer organization. Health Cloud professionals are interested in demonstrating their expertise in cloud computing implementation, with a specialty in understanding and implementing Health Cloud applications/solutions, and have developed the skills outlined below.

Experience contributing to or managing implementation projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Deep knowledge of the HLS sector and Health Cloud product
Solid understanding of data management and database concepts
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
Ability to design, implement, and consistently deliver successful business solutions
Ability to design and configure following Salesforce best practices

Given customer requirements, define the capabilities that need to be analyzed for a successful project.
Given a customer's desired outcomes, gather functional and technical requirements to meet customer outcomes.

Design: 42%

Given customer requirements, determine how to create the solution for Health Cloud features according to best practices.
Given customer requirements, understand how to model patients, providers, healthcare facilities, etc., using the appropriate Health Cloud objects
Given customer requirements, determine how to create the proper application solution design leveraging Health Cloud best practices.
Given customer requirements, determine when to use specific Health Cloud capabilities.
Given customer requirements, determine how to create the design solution for a specific Health Cloud vertical to meet those requirements.
Given the business processes/requirements, determine how to create the solution design utilizing best practices and Health Cloud modules.
Given a customer's business objectives and goals, define success-metrics/KPIs and configure Salesforce to enable reporting on these metrics.
