The Order Management Administrator Accredited Professional certification is designed for individuals with experience implementing Order Management solutions with an industry-specific data mode. This exam is for those who want to demonstrate their skills and knowledge to design, build, and deploy solutions in the context of sample apps and real-world implementations.
Accredited Professional exams are intended for Salesforce Partners with access to the Partner Learning Camp training and Partner Community.
The Order Management Administrator Consultant generally has a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with skills that span the Salesforce platform. Specifically, they understand:
Salesforce Administration in Lightning Experience (Platform Administrator or Platform Administrator II certifications encouraged but not required)
Extending platform capabilities with clicks not code (Platform App Builder certification encouraged but not required)
Data Management: Create and access objects, set organization-wide defaults, use sharing capabilities, control access to objects and fields
Process Automation with Flow Builder and Process Builder
Knowledge of Salesforce core architecture and available platform features

Order Management Basics: 17%
Position Order Management. Avoid difficult situations like Order Management competes and advocate the value proposition of residing on top of a Salesforce core architecture.
Articulate the extensible platform nature of Order Management and the business value proposition of it residing on the Salesforce core architecture. Articulate the notion of being able to work with third party systems while using extensions of our platform available to all products.
Process Automation and Integrations: 27%
Demonstrate your knowledge of Order Management's ability to produce business value and integrate with external systems using clicks not code.
Navigate the Order Management overarching process and carry out the procedures needed to connect nodes that drive resulting business value.
Deployment and Debugging: 17%
Demonstrate understanding of deployment options available and the deployment life-cycle including all supporting objects and their related configuration.
Create an Order Management process from scratch leveraging previously set up data and access the runtime as a User.
Data Model: 25%
Demonstrate knowledge of the key objects involved in Order Management including Order, Order Summary, Fulfillment Orders, Return Orders.
Know how to establish an integration with B2C Commerce or another commerce system and trace key pieces of data including any custom attributes.
