The Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional is designed for individuals who architect, drive, and deliver business value using Public Sector Solutions. Designing, planning, and delivering business value requires specific and related knowledge across select products, including but not limited to OmniStudio, Service Cloud, License and Permit Management, Inspections Management, Grants Management, Employee Experience Management, and Emergency Program Management. This exam is for those who want to demonstrate their skills and knowledge in designing, planning, and delivering solutions that meet customer business requirements and contribute to customer success.

This certification validates that a Public Sector Technical Consultant is implementation ready and can provide guidance across the Public Sector Solutions portfolio. The technical consultant can create solutions that generate business value for customers, including:

The consultant has both industry experience and expertise in Salesforce applications, including the knowledge needed to guide implementation teams through Public Sector Solutions integration best practices and testing scenarios.

The Public Sector Solutions AP has skills that sit on a broad spectrum of technical and functional expertise, this person is above all, a facilitator, driver, validator, and communicator. Their technical and first-hand delivery knowledge should be used to the benefit of proposed solutions.   • Document and articulate the business needs, value, and vision of the customer to support their desired business outcomes.
  • Given the business requirements related to Licenses and Permits, configure the components to manage the lifecycle for internal and external users.
  • Given the business requirements related to managing Inspections Management, configure the components required to manage the process and outcomes.
  • Given a set of business use cases related to implementing grants management, conduct the initial setup and configuration of Grants Management.
  • Given the requirements to manage Employee Experience Management, identify the PSS packages to be configured and deployed to meet the requirements.
  • Given a process and requirements, identify repeatable decisions and how they can be built to determine an appropriate use case for the BRE.
  • Given requirements to save data from physical documents, assess the need for document processing capabilities and whether to use IDA or IDA/IFR.
  • Given a business process and set of requirements recommend and implement eSignature technologies.
  • Given requirements related to reporting/analytics, evaluate the needs and recommend the appropriate option, Standard Reporting or CRM Analytics.
  • Identify the PSS components that can be configured and deployed to meet the business requirement related to managing an Emergency Response.
