The Process Automation Accredited Professional is designed for consultants who have experience implementing and consulting on Process Automation capabilities. This exam is for individuals who want to demonstrate their skills and knowledge in designing, configuring, building, and implementing Process Automation.
Accredited Professional exams are intended for Salesforce Partners with access to the Partner Learning Camp training and Partner Community.
The exam candidate should have on-the-job experience designing and implementing Process Automation capabilities for customers, Registered Salesforce partner individuals or employees who are interested in demonstrating competence with Process Automation may earn this certification.
This exam guide is designed to help you evaluate whether you are ready to successfully complete the Process Automation Accredited Professional Exam. This guide provides information about the target audience for the exam, recommended training and documentation, and a complete list of exam objectives, all with the intent of helping you achieve a passing score. Salesforce highly recommends a combination of on-the-job experience, completion of relevant partner curriculum, and self-study to maximize your chances of passing the exam.

Content: 60 multiple-choice questions and up to five unscored questions
Time allotted to complete the exam: 90 minutes
Passing score: 68%
Version: Exam questions align to the Summer ‘24 release.
Registration fee: US$150, JPY 20,000, plus applicable taxes as required per local law
Retake fee: US$150, JPY 20,000, plus applicable taxes as required per local law
