Learn the policies for rescheduling and canceling a Salesforce exam for onsite or online delivery. Follow the step-by-step instructions to reschedule or cancel your exam.
Please note that exam reschedules are not permitted beyond one year from the original exam purchase date; candidates who have reached this limit must repurchase the exam to schedule a new attempt.

You must reschedule or cancel testing center registrations at least 48 hours before the scheduled exam start time.
Reschedules and cancellations made more than 48 hours before the exam start time can be completed in your Pearson test taker account free of charge.
If you miss your scheduled exam and did not contact the Salesforce Help team before the exam start time, you will be considered a no-show and charged the full exam fee. If you paid with an exam voucher and are a no-show, the voucher is forfeited and cannot be reinstated. You must reschedule or cancel online proctored registrations at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam start time.
Reschedules and cancellations made more than 24 hours before the exam start time can be completed in your Pearson VUE (Pearson's online proctoring platform) test taker account free of charge.
Note for Certified Technical Architect (CTA) exams: The CTA reschedule policy differs — a minimum of 15 business days advance notice is required. See Review Board Reschedule and Cancellation Policy or contact Salesforce Help.
