The Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant (NPC) Exam is designed for consultants with experience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud solutions that meet the business requirements of nonprofit organizations. The Consultant should understand relationships and dependencies between Nonprofit Cloud and other Salesforce products.
NOTE: Salesforce offers both integrated platform solutions and managed package products under the Salesforce for Nonprofits product suite. This exam only covers the integrated platform solution, also known as "Nonprofit Cloud" or NPC, and does not address any of the managed package products.
A Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant (NPC) has experience designing Nonprofit Cloud solutions, and can lead the implementation of these solutions within a customer organization. The consultant has experience working with both nonprofit organizations and Salesforce applications, and has the necessary knowledge to implement solutions in common nonprofit customer scenarios.
