The Salesforce Certified Platform Integration Architect Exam is designed for architects, analysts, and application managers who want to design secure, scalable integrations with the Lightning Platform. The certification exam is designed to determine a candidate’s fluency in effectively communicating technical solutions to technical stakeholders and providing a project delivery framework that ensures quality and success.

Audience Description: Salesforce Certified Platform Integration Architect

A Salesforce Certified Platform Integration Architect assesses the integration requirements necessary to design secure, scalable solutions for integrating the Salesforce Platform. The architect has experience designing and implementing complex integration patterns on various platforms, as well as communicating the solution and design trade-offs to business and technical stakeholders alike.

The Salesforce Certified Platform Integration Architect has the following background.

  • 1–2 years of Salesforce Platform Integration Architecture experience
  • 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and/or developer experience
  • 1 year minimum of experience in supporting or implementing data-centric enterprise integration solutions

  • Version: Exam questions align to the Summer '23 release
  • Registration fee: US$400, JPY¥60,000, plus applicable taxes as required per local law
  • Retake fee: US$200, JPY¥60,000, plus applicable taxes as required per local law

  • References: No hard-copy or online materials may be referenced during the exam.

This exam may contain up to five additional unscored questions to gather performance data. Unscored questions are randomly integrated and have no impact on your final exam result.
