Instructor-led training cancellation and reschedule requests must be submitted 14 calendar days prior to the first day of the course to avoid a cancellation fee. Any cancellations and reschedules received after this date, in Salesforce's sole discretion, may be subject to a charge of 50% of the purchase price, and no-shows or day-of cancellations may be assessed the full purchase price.

Registrants who are on a waitlist for an instructor-led training will be automatically enrolled in the training if space becomes available. Registrants who are moved off of a waitlist and automatically enrolled in a training have 5 calendar days to cancel without incurring a fee, after which the standard cancellation policy described above applies.

Attendee substitutions to course registration are granted at no additional charge. Substitutions must be submitted one business day prior to the course start date. Please log a case with the course name and dates, the full name of the new attendee, and email address.
Instructor-led Courses offered in a private format must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 30 days prior to the first day of the course to avoid a cancellation fee. Any cancellations after that are subject to a fee as detailed below:

Please note, all fees apply without exception to payment type. Cancellation, reschedule, and no-show fees cannot be applied toward future training events.
Salesforce reserves the right to cancel any learning event due to insufficient enrollment by providing notice at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date.
