Trailhead Academy Experience Guide

Trailhead Academy offers a personalized learning experience where you can easily access Salesforce courses and certifications—all from one central page.

Note: My Dashboard and Order History reflect activity from May 6, 2024 onward.  Any activity prior to this date will not be displayed.  If you need assistance with records before May 6, 2024, please log a case.

Customize Your Preferences

When you first navigate to the Trailhead Academy main page, a pop-up menu appears prompting for your preferred Billing Country, Currency, and Language. These settings personalize your entire site search and purchase experience.

Trailhead Academy supports six Global languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Japanese.

You can change these settings at any time during your journey, with your preferences saved for future visits.

Trailhead Academy Search Bar

Our enhanced search functionality at the top right of the display will help you locate and explore courses with a single search. For example, enter “Admin” to find Administrator courses or the name of a specific course.

Find a Course

Select the Learn menu to view and register for courses. You’ll notice that courses are grouped into collections based on Product or Role. Click an item to see all the courses in that specific collection.

You can further refine your course search using a combination of the Product, Role, Level, Language, and Region drop-down filters. Once you find your course, click the course tile to view course details, including the Date/Time, Language, Region, and Price. To purchase, select the "Register Now" button!

Click the name of the course to view the Course Details page. Scroll and review the course description, audience, pre-work, lessons, and additional topics.

Find Help 

Select the Help menu to access Knowledge Articles or log a case for further assistance along your learning journey.

Get Started with Trailblazer Account

The search capabilities are available without Trailblazer Account login. However, you will need to authenticate with your Trailblazer Account login to access your My Dashboard page, receive personalized course and certification recommendations, or purchase a course.

We accept Credit Card payment worldwide, with Wire Transfer as an additional payment option for India and Japan. Please log a case if you need additional purchasing options.

Select "Get Started" for the most personalized Trailhead Academy experience! Choose a Trailblazer Account login option from the menu and log in with your existing Trailblazer Account.

If you do not have an account, click "Sign up" to create your free Trailblazer Account.

For added security, you may be prompted to verify your account with a single-use code sent to your account email. Simply input the single-use code and press "Submit code".

Once authenticated, your My Dashboard page reflects your In-progress and Upcoming courses, and order history.

Future course and certification recommendations are personalized based upon your company role, completed courses, and certification history.

Now authenticated, you enter the Trailhead Academy home page, where you can explore personalized learning for your role and certifications that validate your skills. There are five new Trailhead Academy menus: 

• Learn - A curated selection of courses based on your role and previously attended courses
• Certifications - Grow your resume and highlight your skills with Certifications, Superbadges & Super Sets, and additional resources
• Events - Join our immersive, Instructor-led learning experiences, earn resume-worthy certifications, and network with the Trailblazer Community
• Help - Get help with Trailhead, Salesforce Certifications, Trailhead Academy, and more
• My Dashboard - A more personalized Learner page, including your upcoming and in-progress courses and order history
  • Steps to log in to My Dashboard:
    1. Login to Trailhead Academy with your registration email address
    2. Select the My Dashboard tab and choose the appropriate option:
       1. Select "Training" to view your registered, ongoing, or upcoming training.
       2. Select "Certifications to view your upcoming or past exams.
       3. Select “Order History” to view your registration history. 
    3. Note: Any activity prior to May 6, 2024, will not be displayed. If you require information or resources from activity prior to May 6, 2024, please log a case.
