The Salesforce Certified Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant Exam is designed for consultants who have experience implementing Agentforce Life Sciences for Customer Engagement solutions in a customer-facing role. 

This exam validates expertise where sales reps and pharma medical professionals use the end-to-end platform to facilitate data-driven, compliant, and trusted engagement with Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and partners.

Audience Description: Salesforce Certified Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant

Salesforce Certified Agentforce Life Sciences Consultants are responsible for designing and implementing Agentforce Life Sciences solutions. These individuals are expected to possess a blend of technical Salesforce configuration skills and life sciences industry knowledge to translate complex regulatory and business requirements (medical, commercial) into a scalable and compliant Agentforce Life Sciences solution.

Candidates for this exam should have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Salesforce Consultant, Architect, Developer, or Business Analyst role, with a proven track record of leading discovery and design phases.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the life sciences industry (Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech), with strong knowledge of regulatory environments and commercial and medical workflows.
  • At least 6 months of hands-on experience configuring Agentforce Life Sciences for Customer Engagement, Data 360, and industry-specific object models—for example, HCP and HCO structures, Affiliations, and an understanding of the offline capabilities of the Agentforce Life Sciences mobile app.

Candidates for this exam should also have the following skills and abilities.

  • Core Salesforce skills: Expert-level knowledge of Enterprise Territory Management, Flow, and integration job monitoring.
  • AI and Analytics: Proficiency in implementing AI-driven insights, Next Best Action (NBA), and utilizing tools such as Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, TabNext, etc.
  • Solution Design and Agentic Architecture: Lead discovery workshops to gather complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, compliant solutions using Agentforce Life Sciences.
  • Agentforce Implementation: Configure and deploy autonomous agents and AI capabilities to enhance pre-call planning, field coaching, and personalized customer engagement.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user story backlog management, and functional testing.
  • Data Stewardship and Modeling: Architect data solutions using Agentforce Life Sciences data models, ensuring seamless interoperability between Data 360 (data model objects (DMOs) and data lake objects (DLOs)), Agentforce Tableau, and Agentforce MuleSoft.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all configurations meet rigorous industry standards, including FDA traceability, HIPAA and GDPR compliance, and GxP validation.
