            Field Service | Get Engagement Subagents for Field Service

            Retrieves an engagement subagent’s subagent ID and object name for the current messaging session. The engagement subagent is used to connect between a messaging session and a service appointment.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Field Service and Foundations, or Einstein 1 Field Service Edition or Agentforce 1 Field Service Edition.
