Field Service | Get Engagement Subagents for Field Service
Retrieves an engagement subagent’s subagent ID and object name for the current messaging
session. The engagement subagent is used to connect between a messaging session and a service
appointment.

Developer Editions with Field Service and Foundations, or Einstein 1 Field
Service Edition or Agentforce 1 Field Service Edition.
If you remove this action from the
Appointment Management for Field Service topic, you can’t view conversations in the Agentforce
Scheduling Supervisor View.
