            Flow Changes After the Pilot

            All pilot flows are invalid in Spring ’24. You must recreate a pilot flow as a Template-Triggered Prompt Flow and use these updated flow requirements.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with the Einstein for Platform, or Einstein or Agentforce for Sales or Service add-on, or Agentforce Foundations
            • In Flow Builder, the flow is now referred to as a Template-Triggered Prompt Flow. Previously, it was called a Prompt Template Flow.
            • Creating a flow resource with a data type that matches a prompt template's input is no longer required.
            • Selecting a flow variable as "Available for Input" is no longer allowed in a Template-Triggered Prompt Flow.
            • In Flow Builder, the Debug option isn't available for a Template-Triggered Prompt Flow. Previously, you clicked Debug to view debug flow options.
            • The $Prompt global variable was changed to $Output.output_name; for example $Output.FirstName.
            • Reference an input from the prompt template with $Input.input_name ;for example $Input.FirstName.
