          • Search for Records
            Your search for records begins with the global search bar at the top of each page. From the moment you click the search bar, search starts delivering results.
          • Get Personalized Results
            Personalization is an AI feature that reorders search results based on the objects and records you work with most. Each time you search, personalization learns more about your preferences, which improves your search results.
          • See Instant Actionable Results
            The moment you put your cursor in the global search bar, you see suggested searches and record previews based on your recent activity. Use these results to easily access records. You can also complete actions, such as editing a record and accessing related quick links.
          • Use Natural Language Search
            Natural language search (NLS) gives you quick access to lists of records so that you can find the information that you need. Enter everyday words and phrases, such as my open opportunities this month or cases closed last week in the global search bar.
          • Recommended Results
            Einstein Search shows you a recommended result when it finds a good match for your search terms. It places this result first along with actions and links to related records.
          • Search Index
            The search index makes it quicker and more efficient for the search engine to retrieve relevant information for a user’s query. Without a search index, the search engine scans all content in every document or record in your organization each time a user performs a search, which is time-consuming and resource-intensive. Explore how the search index can improve your search engine.
          • Lookup Searches
            With lookup fields, you associate two records to create a relationship. For example, a contact record includes an account lookup field that associates the contact with its account.
          • Use Natural Language Search Filters (Pilot)
            Einstein Search can understand a natural language search in different ways. If Einstein doesn’t interpret your search as you intended, you can change the filters that Einstein applied to the search. After you select new values, the search results are updated in real time.
          • Dive into Einstein Search for Knowledge
            Artificial Intelligence (AI) powers Einstein Search for Knowledge to find the most relevant knowledge articles for service agents and their customers. Improve your filtering experience and use multi-language search support to narrow down your search results faster. Einstein Search for Knowledge remembers your filters and saves you time when you search for similar articles.
          • Get Relevant Search Answers
            Resolve issues quickly and deflect cases with Einstein Search Answers, AI-Generated Search Answers, and AI-Generated Search Answers from Data Cloud sources. Enter a question or phrase in the global search bar, the Knowledge sidebar on the case console, or from Experience Cloud sites. Search Answers extracts the most relevant response or provides an AI-generated response from your knowledge or Data Cloud data model object (DMO) sources. Search Answers supports only English queries and searches only English language articles and DMO fields.
          • Filter Out Your Knowledge Search
            Narrow the focus of your knowledge search and find articles that are the most helpful to you. From the global search bar, you can filter out your search criteria to knowledge.
