Narrow the focus of your knowledge search and find articles that are the most helpful to you. From the global search bar, you can filter out your search criteria to knowledge.

To access advanced search from the global search bar:

Next to the search bar, select Knowledge from the dropdown list.
Next to the search bar, select Filters.
Select from the available filters and apply your changes.
The filters that you select are applied to article suggestions in instant results but not to list views.
Enter your search terms and start seeing results.
