Natural Language Search Examples
Start a natural language search using one of the supported objects. You can use a combination of words and phrases. The table shows examples for each object. After you define a word, enter your search terms, and then press Enter (Windows) or Return (Mac) to see your search results.

When you search for [name] cases, the search results are based on fields related to Accounts, Contacts, or Users, which depend on objects the system predicts and how you interact with them. To return case records owned by a specific user, type cases owned by [name] in the search bar. |
