          Natural Language Search Examples

          Start a natural language search using one of the supported objects. You can use a combination of words and phrases. The table shows examples for each object. After you define a word, enter your search terms, and then press Enter (Windows) or Return (Mac) to see your search results.

          Note
          Note Natural language search isn’t case-sensitive. If you enter my and no results show, you’re not the owner of the record. For help, contact your Salesforce admin for owner access.

          Note The Knowledge object is supported in the Einstein Search for Knowledge Pilot feature. To participate in the pilot, customers using Lightning Knowledge can email tryeinsteinsearch@salesforce.com.
