            Access the Search Analytics Dashboards

            Search Analytics provides dashboards to analyze data about search in your Salesforce org. The dashboards contain graphs to view trends about queries and articles.

            Required Editions

            Available in: CRM Analytics and All Editions supported by Data Cloud. See Data Cloud edition availability.
            1. From the App Launcher, enter Analytics Studio and click Analytics Studio.
            2. In the left side menu, click Browse.
            3. Click Apps, and then select Search Analytics Dashboard from the resulting items.
              If you build other dashboards with Search Analytics, they also appear here.
            4. To view trends in your search data, click Search Analytics Dashboard.
            5. To view search trends enhanced with user data, click User Insights Dashboard.
              The User Insights Dashboard is available only if your org includes user data in Search Analytics.
