Optimize global search for each user profile’s needs and help them find relevant results
quickly. For example, your sales agents search for customer contacts and opportunities, while
marketing agents primarily search for campaigns and leads. Customize search differently for these
two user profiles.

User Permissions Needed
To use Search Manager:
Customize Application AND View Setup
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Search Manager, and
then select Query Configurations.
Click New.
Enter a unique name.
Select Einstein Global Search Bar, and select one or more user
profiles.
Click Save and Continue.
Select the objects to include in the search.
For each searchable object, select which fields to include in the search.
If the field has a icon, it’s a locked standard field, and you can’t change its search
state.
Optimize search further by creating rules to filter out irrelevant results and by
configuring which objects to always search.
