Limits on search queries protect against service disruptions and help ensure optimal performance for normal usage.

Feature or Function	Usage Limit	Description
Number of Search Queries	3,000 queries in a 5-minute interval per user	Exceeding this limit throttles the user queries for the remainder of the 5-minute interval. When the queries exceed the limit, consider distributing the query traffic over longer time periods.
Query Processing Time	200,000 milliseconds cumulative CPU time in a 5-minute interval	Exceeding this limit throttles the user session for the remainder of the 5-minute interval. When the queries exceed the limit, consider distributing the query traffic over longer time periods.
