Standard Action
Does this action execute one or more prompt templates?
When generating responses, the action uses only Salesforce documentation.
The Answer Questions with Salesforce Documentation action translates answers, Help
article titles, and Help articles into the language selected by the Salesforce user.
On occasion, translated text still contains English words if the translated version of
that word isn't available.
Some text, such as technical terms and UI text, aren’t translated by the LLM to prevent
inaccuracies.
If an article in Salesforce Help isn’t translated into a users preferred language, users
can switch the article to their preferred language from the language drop-down at the
bottom of the page.
